This privately owned chalet is situated in the heart of the Dachstein mountains. It is built in a south facing alpine meadow above the Enns valley. Features: 3 floors and two balconies in a newly built traditional chalet. Family sized house with 4 bedrooms and 10 beds .
All seasons- double glazing and oil central heating, wood burning stove. Separate bathrooms and WC's on each of the three floors with high capacity hot water boiler. Well equipped: full electric kitchen with 4 ring hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, walk in larder, washing machine and drying rack, workshop and ski room containing a wide range of cross country skis and boots (adults/children), 4 pairs of snowshoes, 4 bikes c/w car bike rack, books, games, guitar, violin, digital piano, and radio/CD player. Major winter ski area, and summer glacier skiing, the main pistes of the Schladming ski area between 10-25km west of the house. Major summer mountain walking. Summer skiing Mobile phone reception from house.
